Gaucho Leather ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations, including Mexico and Canada.
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and dimensions.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services, which are beyond our control.

Order Processing
All Gaucho Leather products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing prior to shipment.
During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Gaucho Leather is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Gaucho Leather is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is sold out or available for pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
