Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the address of our returns processing location.

Please do not send items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Fit & Handcrafted Disclaimer

Because our shoes are handcrafted in limited batches, minor variations in fit or finish may occur. We strongly recommend consulting our size guide or contacting us prior to purchasing.

Returns due to sizing are accepted; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If a return is approved due to a defect or fulfillment error, Gaucho Leather will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products showing signs of wear or use

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return.


Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.


Store Credit (Optional)

Upon request, approved returns may be issued as store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is provided as a discount code and may be used on future purchases.


Return Shipping Method

Authorized returns may be shipped using any major carrier, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

All returns must be approved in advance before being shipped. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Gaucho Leather is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.


International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees

Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Items must be unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.
